TERMS OF HIRE

All hires are subject to our terms and conditions of hire, a copy of which is available upon request, and any additional terms detailed on the rental contract.

Deposit

A $100 security deposit must be paid on all hires, this can be paid by either cash or credit card. The security deposit will be refunded upon full return of the hire.

ID

Two forms of identification must be provided. A copy of your drivers licence will be taken; in addition to this one other form of ID will also be required (eg. Other photo ID, credit card etc.).

Payment

All hires must be paid for upfront. Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS (cashcard, visa or mastercard) or by cheque (prior arrangement must be made if paying by cheque).

Returns

All hires must be returned by 11am on the day of return (unless prior arrangement has been made) to avoid incurring additional hire charges.
